Delivery & Returns


We make an effort to dispatch all products on the day they’re ordered, or the next working day if your order comes through in the afternoon. All items will be carefully inspected and appropriately packaged before despatch.

We use an excellent insured courier for larger items where you can track your delivery online. This service will require a signature on delivery so ideally someone needs to be available to accept the parcel. Small items are usually sent via Royal Mail post.

If you’re in a particular hurry or have any other requirements please give us a call and we will do everything we can to help!!

Most items are in stock and boxed ready to send. If the item you wish to purchase isn’t in stock, or for some reason doesn’t pass our inspection, we’ll notify you asap so that you can decide to wait for the item, choose a different item, or cancel and get a full refund.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.


We have facility to take on most guitar repairs in store, simply call in with your instrument during our opening hours. In the event that highly specialist tools or rare spare parts are needed, we may refer the work to our off-site workshop partner. In this instance the guitar can still be dropped off and collected in store.

We ‘d be happy to advise you on a number of good local contacts for repair work on brass and woodwind instruments, as well as electronic products and larger PA systems.
